William Empson: Secondary Materials23. †Eibungaku fukei 1/4 (1934-35).According to Fukuhara (26b) this is a special Empson number of a journal published by graduates of Tokyo bunrika daigaku, where Empson taught, but the title does not appear in any listing of Japanese periodicals of the period, and is unknown even to the library at Tsukuba University, the successor of Tokyo bunrika daigaku.
